Study 1: New Product Design (Johnson & Johnson) Case
Study 3: Education Center Design (University-Level)
Zamchick Group designed a new Science Education Center experience for NYU. It included a new venue for scientific symposia, an innovation garden, and classrooms-of-the-future. The experience helped secure financing needed from a major technology company.
Working
with Rockwell Group, we helped define both global and local signature
services and experiences for one of Marriott's key brands. Zamchick was
part of the team that traveled with Marriott brand leadership to evaluate
current state at seven properties in California, Illinois, and New York.
Storyboards were created for guest panels and ideal state concepts were
generated that enhanced the local activation of existing properties and
set the stage for brand transformation. Case
Study 5: Experience Design (The Coca-Cola Company) We worked
closely with a team of architects, media, and content specialists from
Studio Red to conceive and design a space where Coca-Cola could share
innovations, demonstrate retail execution, and cultivate new business
with key customers. We delivered the entire experience piece - from initial
concept to walk-through storyboards to technology implementation. Zamchick
Group continued work with Coca-Cola China to create the experience for
a second Lab in Shanghai. This included fact-gathering visits with Lab
leadership to all channels in China where Coke products are sold. We have
also continued to support the evolution of the Lab in the US. Case Study 6: Product Design (AT&T Labs Research) Ideation and Segmentation Zamchick Group worked with multiple teams within AT&T Labs Research to develop new products and services based on research technologies. Cellcam was a project with the IP Platforms Research Group to create a web-enabled camera. This was followed by a set of solutions for devices that enabled automated upload of media to web-based processing services. Our contribution was iterative design of the device and experience renderings to explore usage. The results secured a licensing agreement with the AT&T Wireless business.
